The Villa

The luxury 3 bedroom fully fitted 2507 square feet villa is situated in the luxury development of Ariana Harbor, Auburndale, Florida only 30 minutes drive from Disney World, Cypress Gardens etc., and on hours drive from the excellent sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. While the house itself is located in the modern development by Lake Ariana, near to the house are shopping malls, restaurants and plazas. Also there are a large selection of first class golf courses situated within the vicinity.

The Villa comprises of a large master bedroom with patio door overlooking the court yard and sun deck, which has a number of reclining chairs, sun loungers etc. The master bedroom has 6 ft bed, dressing table and a 20" television. There is also adequate storage including a walk-in dressing room, the room also has an en suite bathroom and shower. The second and third bedrooms are both double rooms being furnished with 1 double and 1 single bed and all having extensive built-in wardrobes. There is a second bathroom situated between bedrooms 2 and 3. A fold away cot, single bed, car seat and high chair is also at hand should one be required.

The Villa is open plan with a great room ( lounge), which is furnished with a 32" colour television with a selection of the usual stations plus a VCR and DVD. There are three sofas,one of which can be made into a double bed, we also have a large dining room table with six chairs. A music centre with C.D. player has also been recently installed with a small selection of C.D's. There is an entrance foyer and a kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is superbly fitted with a range of fitted cupboards, electric cooker, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer, microwave/cooker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, there is also ample crockery, cooking utensils even egg cups.

 

The Laundry has a washing machine/tumble drier, ironing board and iron, but should you wish someone to do the laundry for you there is one situated locally.

Of course there is air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, also fitted carpets throughout. A stereo sound system which has speakers located in every room. The house is fully furnished including bed linen, towels, hair dryers, etc for up to 6 people.

Close by the Villa there is a heated swimming pool which is fully covered by a lanai, this stops any insects coming near the pool. Also situated next to the swimming pool are changing rooms, showers and kitchen area with fridge/freezer. There is an exercise room with weights etc and a tennis court.

The main entrance has an electronic gate which automatically closes each evening and reopens each morning, you will have a remote control switch which can open these gates.
